Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks a Product Manager for patient communications platforms. You will own configuration, testing, and optimization of messaging workflows and coordinate with Revenue Cycle, Operations, IT, and Clinical teams to align with enterprise standards.

The role focuses on operational patient communications, governance, training, and performance analytics to improve patient experience and ensure compliant, timely messaging across SEARHC services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare operations, patient access, revenue cycle, or related field.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience implementing and optimizing workflow tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the patient communications platform and workflows.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, and issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Develop and refine governance standards for messaging quality and compliance.
• Lead change management and training to drive adoption across the organization.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement.
