Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, HR, Journalism or related.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
• Curious, proactive and able to work independently and with a team.
• Interest in employee engagement, internal communications, learning and development, or employer branding.
• Experience coordinating school organizations, events or student leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and editing employee communications (emails, videos, signage, slides).
• Support campaigns related to initiatives, training, recognition and events.
• Maintain communication calendars and schedules.
• Proofread and format communications.
