Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience with marketing automation, digital campaigns, customer journey development, and analytics while supporting a fast-paced marketing team.

You will work up to 30 hours per week while attending college, with a paid internship and opportunities to learn from seasoned professionals as you contribute to real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Marketing‑focused coursework: pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Writing and content skills: comfortable writing, editing, and proofreading content for digital and marketing use.
• Digital proficiency: familiar with MS Office, marketing software, and online applications.
• Organization and time management: manage multiple projects, stay organized, meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing automation administration, optimization, and execution across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Create, test, and deploy email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer journey workflows.
• Monitor campaign metrics, develop reports, and provide insights on engagement and conversions.
• Assemble marketing assets, update website content and landing pages, support SEO and AI-optimized content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support creative and operational work in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in training and team communication efforts to grow marketing knowledge.
