Job summary

Yale Cancer Center seeks an Employee Engagement Coordinator to support the Office of Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture. This full-time hybrid role serves as the primary contact for Yale's employee resource groups, coordinating events, leadership development, and community engagement across New Haven and campus partners.

You will build partnerships, track program metrics, and support biennial surveys and action plans to strengthen Yale's workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and four years of related experience.
• Experience advancing employee engagement strategies and climate/culture initiatives.
• Experience with coordinating and developing volunteer/resource group initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee programmatic activities for employee resource networks.
• Collaborate with leadership, departments, and community partners to advance engagement.
• Develop strategic plans, reports, and metrics for program impact.
• Train and supervise staff and interns supporting ERGs.
• Manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
