Qualifications

• Basic PC skills; MAS or other A/P packages helpful.
• Prior accounts payable experience helpful.
• Skill and qualification in social media strategy.
• Good attention to detail.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Conduct tours: acquire knowledge of the production floor to carry out informative tours.
• Create announcements.
• Coordinate and organize engagement events.
• Facilitate team building activities.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and culture.
• Cultivate a positive working relationship with each off-site vendor to obtain the best deals for company events.
• Collaborate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement.
• Facilitating surveys to gather employees' feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels.
• Identify trends and insights to optimized engagement.

What We Offer

The expected base salary range for this position is between $19.70 to $21.70. However, your actual base pay may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to your job-related experience, qualifications, skills, expertise, and geographic location.

This base salary is a component of our total compensation package, which also includes the following:
