Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Digital Communications Associate in San Jose, CA for a contract role (hybrid, 2-3 days on site). You will manage intranet content, liaise with content owners and sponsors, and ensure accuracy and brand consistency while using AI tools with human review.

You will analyze engagement metrics to inform strategy and collaborate across Employee Communications, IT, and Support teams to drive updates.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field.
• 1-3 years of experience with web content management.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of information architecture, web design, and usability best practices.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Ability to manage cross-functionally, persuade, influence, and build relationships to achieve objectives.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Review web content requests and implement regular content and video updates to intranet pages and third-party sites.
• Ensure content is searchable, accurate, and aligned with design and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Employee Communications, Employee Experience, IT, Support) to resolve content issues and drive updates.
• Draft, edit, summarize, and repurpose content using approved AI tools, applying human review and fact-checking.
• Monitor and analyze intranet engagement metrics to identify trends and recommend content strategy adjustments.

• Serve as web content manager and primary point of contact for content owners and project sponsors across teams.
• Manage day-to-day updates for multiple intranet pages and properties, ensuring accuracy, searchability, and adherence to design guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including Employee Communications, Employee Experience, IT, and Support.
• Use approved AI tools to draft, edit, summarize, and repurpose intranet content with human review for accuracy, tone and brand consistency.
• Utilize analytics to evaluate intranet engagement data and surface insights to inform content strategy.

Compensation
