Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef is seeking an Engagement Specialist to energize our workforce and strengthen community ties. You will design and run an employee engagement program, host roundtables, and champion a diverse, inclusive culture across the plant and offices.

You will lead campaigns and wellness initiatives from concept through rollout, curate content for internal and external communications, and collaborate with multiple departments to drive engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, Social Work, Sociology or related field.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating group discussion and representing an organization publicly.
• High energy and results-oriented leader who takes action with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information discretely and judiciously.
• Photography/video Capture And Editing Abilities Preferred.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills, with high attention to detail and editing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and programmatically.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, multiple social media platforms and design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and host employee roundtables, including scheduling, facilitating discussion, capturing and distributing detailed notes to leadership, and tracking action items to resolution.
• Lead community engagement efforts on behalf of Creekstone, including, with prior approval, representing the Company on community committees and at community meetings, and identifying opportunities to keep the Company connected and visible within the surrounding communities.
• Champion diversity recognition by developing and executing ways to celebrate, recognize and elevate the diverse workforce that makes up our ranks.
• Initiate, support, and execute the development of Company programs, such as an employee wellness program that encourages healthy life choices, from concept through rollout and ongoing improvement.
• Plan, lead and evaluate campaigns, events and programs that engage the workforce.
• Curate content for posting on company social media and digital platforms.
• Create high quality written copy for internal and external communications.
• Conduct informational interviews as part of content creation.
• Conduct cost comparisons of materials and supplies and place orders for approved items.
• Maintain a calendar of events and communicate relevant information to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate volunteer help for employee engagement activities when needed.
• Manage content on digital display monitors throughout the facility.
• Compile DEI data to report and drive employee engagement.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to execute engagement strategies.
• Communicate engagement goals and plans to garner internal support and alignment.
• Other duties as assigned.
