Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred in nursing, occupational health, healthcare administration, or public health.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Five years in occupational health or healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and health principles.
• Experience with workers' compensation and employee wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers' compensation clerk and three first aid technicians and standardize health services processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and high attention to detail by staff.
• Manage claims related to workers' compensation and protect employee and company interests.
• Administer the drug and alcohol program within defined parameters.
• Collaborate with EHS and HR to promote health education and preventative programs.
• Present updates to middle and upper management and maintain professional health services operations.
