Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an Employee Dining Room Attendant to support the dining services team. Under the direction of the EDR Supervisor, you will perform routine cleaning, stocking, and upkeep of the EDR to the venue's standards.

Duties include managing meal card punches and guiding staff through food lines while maintaining a clean, safe, and guest-friendly dining area in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, stock and keep the Employee Dining Room to Seminole Hard Rock standards.
• Punch meal cards and control flow of employees through the food lines.
• Communicate effectively with guests in English.
