Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, FL, is seeking a Staff Meals Department incumbent to implement procedures for the Employee Dining Room and guide staff to ensure a positive dining experience for team members.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations, food handling and sanitation, training new staff, supporting cost control, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while upholding the company's Mission and Values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years in restaurant/cafeteria/culinary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct per Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies.
• Assist in ensuring compliance to Employee Dining Room procedures (food handling, presentation, sanitation).
• Provide direction to staff and ensure quality and timely service.
• Maintain room and equipment in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Assist with training of new team members.
• Support cost control measures and profitability initiatives.
