Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to prepare dining rooms, set tables, and serve guests while ensuring a positive guest experience. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced casino setting.

The incumbent will assist servers, clear and reset tables, and communicate guest requests to the server. High school diploma and 6 months in high-volume food service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Table service restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining rooms for use, clean appropriate areas and set tables for guests.
• Serve meals to guests while ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures.
• Maintain health and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist servers and bussers with pre-bus and preset standards.
• Communicate customer requests to the assigned server and kitchen expeditor.
