Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, English, Communications and/or Public Relations (PR), or related field.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, high school diploma or GED equivalency with minimum four years of related writing experience.
• Seven years of writing experience, including speeches, newsletters, articles and intranet content.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of major internal communications initiatives.
• Researches and implements timely employee communications through multiple channels and maintains a content calendar.
• Identifies appropriate tools, tone and messages to simplify complex subjects for employees.
• Writes content for key messages and supports departments with communications needs.
• Creates toolkits and templates for managers to engage employees.
• Oversees employee recognition programs to promote engagement.
