Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to company worksites to interact with employees and build trust.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal and family issues.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals for employees or immediate family members.
• Provides resources and referrals for life issues and grief support.
• Responds to notifications of death or serious injuries to families and employees.
• Supports post-termination care to assist transitions to other environments.
