You will represent Employee Benefits and Commercial insurance products, develop strategic partnerships, and grow a strong book of business while delivering tailored coverage solutions and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Employee Benefits License.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Previous experience at an insurance agency.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs, risk exposure, and long-term goals.
• Recommend appropriate coverage, policy terms, and carriers by preparing and presenting tailored insurance proposals.
• Source quotes from multiple carriers and communicate the pros and cons of each option clearly to clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed new business and growth goals.
• Prospect proactively through referrals, networking, and personal outreach to build a strong book of business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, strategic partners, and centers of influence.
• Stay current with market trends, carrier offerings, industry regulations, and competitor movements.
• Track and report on sales activities and key performance metrics to continuously refine and improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and policy servicing.
• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and professional ethics.
