You will represent Employee Benefits and Commercial insurance products, develop strategic partnerships, and grow a strong book of business while delivering tailored coverage solutions and exceptional client service.

Competenze

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Employee Benefits License.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Previous experience at an insurance agency.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
