Job summary

Holmes Murphy Partnership is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer (Client Executive) to enhance their Employee Benefits team in Denver, Colorado. This role involves generating new sales leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with state insurance licensing.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably in employee benefits, and will work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs. The position also offers a range of employee benefits, including health insurance and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in employee benefits.
• Ability to obtain or retain State specific insurance agent license.
• Hold or ability to obtain appropriate state license within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate new sales leads through community activities.
• Manage existing book of business with client experience team.
• Maintain relationships with clients, addressing changes as needed.

Skills
