Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Dallas is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer (Client Executive) to join the Employee Benefits team. The role focuses on generating new sales, tailoring benefit solutions, and growing a client-focused book of business.

You will work with internal specialists to craft proposals, manage relationships, and promote agency growth while staying current on industry trends and regulations. This position offers opportunities for bonuses and professional development.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; ability to obtain or retain state licensing and professional designations.
• Hold appropriate state Insurance Agent's License, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate new sales leads through community activities, association meetings and qualified sales calls, which results in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Partner with internal team members on appropriate coverages for initial and ongoing prospect meetings and proposals.
• In collaboration with client experience team, manage existing book of business.
• Maintain relationships with clients and their business needs, addressing changes as needed and delivering documents as appropriate.
• Attend all sales-related activities and promote a positive attitude in support of agency growth.
• Communicate company position and development of solutions on latest industry trends to clients.
• Be responsible for team accountability and foster high-functioning teams.
• Promote the agency and the insurance industry in the community.
• Additional duties as requested.
