Job summary

The Standard seeks a capable Sales Analyst for the Employee Benefits team in Minnesota. You will manage the RFP process for new and growing business, while building strong relationships with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Group Employee Benefits Products, underwriting guidelines, Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Certifications/Licensures: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory will be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFP risks for amendments & new groups.
• Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements.
• Analyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy.
• Administer re-quotes and corrections.
• Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline.
