The Standard is seeking an Employee Benefits Proposal Specialist to manage the RFP process for new and existing business. You will partner with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers to deliver accurate, compelling proposals and maintain strong relationships across the benefits team.

You will negotiate pricing, analyze documents for underwriting feasibility, and administer re-quotes, while leveraging Salesforce CRM to track data and pipeline.
