A leading insurance brokerage firm is seeking a Large Group Proposal Coordinator to manage RFP submissions and support brokers throughout the business cycle. This hybrid role requires analytical and organizational skills to ensure quality client experiences. Candidates should have a valid insurance license and 3-5 years' experience in employee benefits, particularly for large/mid-market groups. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position offers competitive compensation with bonuses available, within the Connecticut range of $70,000 - $80,000.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Accident, Health, and Life Insurance License.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits focusing on large/mid-market groups.
• Strong knowledge of group benefits products including medical, dental, and vision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large group and mid-market RFP submissions and manage carrier quote requests.
• Analyze carrier proposals and provide strategic insights to brokers.
• Serve as primary liaison between brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
