Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee benefits sales experience.
• Proven track record in new business development in EB.
• Middle-market client experience with 25–500 employees.
• Established relationships with HR decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow EB book targeting middle-market employers.
• Identify new business opportunities across KY.
• Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, and owners.
• Conduct needs assessments and benefits analysis.
• Present comprehensive benefits solutions (medical, dental, vision, life).
• Collaborate with account management, compliance, and operations.
• Cross-sell across Benefits and P&C lines.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates.
