Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Starting at $70,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients for employee benefits solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored benefits strategies.
• Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and renewal options to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the employee benefits division.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Producer, with a strong track record of success.
• Education: Relevant educational background preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
