Job summary

Jonus Group in Virginia is seeking an Employee Benefits Insurance Producer for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of employee benefits/group health insurance and the ability to advise clients and manage a book of business.

Responsibilities include servicing accounts, processing endorsements, preparing proposals, and collaborating with sales staff. A state P&C license is required; a Bachelor's is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling Employee Benefits Insurance Accounts.
• Ability to meet with clients and discuss mitigation strategies.
• Must hold an active state P&C License.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, and vendors.
• Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business
