gpac is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer to help businesses of all sizes develop competitive benefits programs. You will generate new opportunities, nurture long-term relationships with owners and HR leaders, and present comprehensive group benefits solutions.

The role emphasizes a relationship-driven, sales-oriented approach, with licensing preferred and a focus on staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes. This is a on-site position in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Employee benefits or insurance sales experience preferred.
• Active Life & Health license preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Knowledge of employee benefits products and compliance regulations is a plus.
