Job summary

Criterion Executive Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Operations Leader to build and strengthen the operational structure of its West Coast broker practice.

This is a hands-on, operations leadership role aimed at creating efficient workflows, clear procedures, and strong team structures for improved client service. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Employee Benefits experience in an insurance agency environment, with a proven track record in operations or account

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Employee Benefits experience in an insurance agency environment.
• Strong background in Operations and/or Account Management.
• Experience building or improving EB processes and organizational structure.
• Proven leadership and team-development experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working strategically while also being highly hands-on.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

A growing insurance organization is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Operations Leader to help build and strengthen the operational structure of its West Coast broker practice.
