• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Active Michigan Life & Health License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an established book of business.
• Manage new business and renewal marketing process.
• Work with client development team to develop renewal strategies.
• Prepare renewal presentations and employee communications.
• Run reporting and data analytics.
• Keep up to date with compliance and regulation.
• Identify cross sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Keep client information up to date in agency management systems.
• Work with carriers to resolve service and claims issues.
