Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in client management or related fields.
• Knowledge of industry trends and funding models to client context.

Responsibilities

• Owns client relationships and manages the lifecycle from renewals to implementations.
• Leads benefit implementations, vendor management, renewals, and enrollment strategy.
• Acts as primary point of contact for daily client service and may coach junior staff.
