Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Manager to oversee a complex book of business in the Dallas area. You will own client relationships, drive renewals and implementations, and resolve advanced service issues for high-revenue clients.

In this role you will coordinate benefit implementations, manage vendor relationships, and serve as the primary daily contact for clients. You may coach junior teammates and contribute to strategy, ensuring delivery of tailored engagement and

• Active Life & Health License
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Technical applications skills: OE guide application
• Working knowledge of industry trends and funding models to client context (ability to apply)

• Manages dedicated Book of Business: medium-to-large volume book or a smaller set of higher revenue or more complex clients (e.g., self-funded, custom plans), requiring higher service intensity and tailored engagement models. May support light prospecting.
• Has ownership and accountability for client relationships, service plans, timelines, and execution quality.
• Leads benefit implementations, vendor management, renewals, and open enrollment strategy and delivery.
• Primary point of contact for daily client service.
• May provide coaching or training for junior Client Managers.

Job description
