Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Assistant Account Executive in Nassau County, NY, with a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote). The role supports Account Executives in servicing employer-sponsored benefits programs and coordinating with carriers and clients.

The ideal candidate holds an active New York Life & Health insurance license and has experience in employee benefits or related client-service roles, preferably within a retail insurance brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active New York Life & Health insurance license.
• Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or client-service.
• Experience with a retail insurance brokerage preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with agency management or benefits systems is a plus.

Work arrangement
