Lockton Companies in Irvine, CA seeks an Employee Benefits Financial Analyst to support the Analytics & Insights team with accurate financial data analysis and reporting for client programs. You will prepare routine financial reports, assist in developing pricing and trend models, and contribute to cost management strategies that optimize employee health benefits.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering reliable results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent education/experience with emphasis in math, statistics or finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI/SQL/Python is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare routine financial and statistical reports for internal use with accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain and update data templates, spreadsheets, and databases for team reporting needs.
• Assist in developing and applying standard financial models under supervision.
• Analyze internal data to identify trends and support client initiatives.
