Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field with math/stat/finance emphasis.
• 1–3 years of data analysis or financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial and statistical concepts; willingness to learn advanced modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerBI/SQL/Python is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to expand insurance knowledge through training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine financial and statistical reports for internal use, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain and update data templates, spreadsheets, and databases to support reporting needs.
• Assist in developing standard financial models and formulas under supervision.
• Analyze internal data to identify trends and support decision-making for client initiatives.
• Support benchmarking by gathering and organizing relevant data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Stay informed on industry developments and internal policies.
• Protect confidentiality of company and employee information at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
