Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.

• Experience with insurance carriers and underwriting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end insurance underwriting / RFP process from data gathering to market analyses and negotiations.
• Analyze client benefit data, model contributions, and provide insights to meet budget targets.
• Participate in renewal meetings and stay informed on healthcare trend data and regulations affecting client benefits.
• Monitor carrier promotions and claims trends to illustrate impact on plans.
• Document processes in the agency management system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support sales and client retention efforts and assist colleagues on special projects.
