Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency's East Region is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Analyst to support daily client needs, coordinate plan audits, renewals, and compliance documentation, and partner with Producers, Strategic Account Executives, and Financial Consultants.

This hybrid role based in Conshohocken, PA office involves open enrollment meetings, data management in BenefitPoint, vendor coordination, and guidance on federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years client service experience in benefits brokerage, consulting or administration
• Life and Health License preferred; if not licensed, obtain within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Create and update client activity log
• Coordinate plan audits and review plan documents for compliance
• Review renewal checklists for assigned clients
• Coordinate and support open enrollment activities and meetings
• Organize and maintain client contacts/mailing lists in BenefitPoint
• Manage vendor relations and respond to client inquiries with timely resolutions
