Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Service Manager within the Employee Health & Benefits team to maintain and expand client relationships. You will collaborate with the sales team, carriers, and clients to establish and renew benefit plans while handling enrollment meetings and wellness options.

The role is approximately 70% internal and 30% client-facing, requiring ongoing licenses and continuing education to stay current with regulations and insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Life and Health license is required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct presentations to diverse groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and agency management systems.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships with the sales team, carriers and the client.
• Establish and renew benefit plans to meet the client’s needs.
• Coordinate enrollment meetings and wellness options for clients.
• Participate in strategy meetings and present to decision-makers.
• Support wellness initiatives and ongoing client service activities.
• Assist with the marketing process for new and renewal group business, including census data and renewal proposals.
• Prepare employee communications and conduct enrollment meetings; manage re-enrollment forms and review contracts.
