Insurance Relief is seeking an energetic Employee Benefits Account Manager for a flexible hybrid role in the United States. You will service small group accounts, resolve client issues, and build strong relationships while analyzing carrier data and presenting findings.

The position offers a $70,000–$90,000 compensation range, paid holidays and PTO, and growth support through educational assistance and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Employee Benefits Account Management.
• Active Life & Health license required.
• Strong understanding of insurance markets, products, rating and underwriting.
• Proficient with agency platforms and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Servicing accounts of mostly small group clients.
• Resolve client issues promptly and delegate tasks as needed.
• Build and maintain client relationships with professionalism and trust.
• Review claims and utilization data; create reports for clients.
• Coordinate information requests and documentation.

Skills You Bring:

• 3+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
• Active Life & Health license
• Understanding of insurance markets, products, rating systems, and underwriting processes.
• Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position

The Position:

• Servicing accounts of mostly small group accounts
• Take immediate action to resolve client issues, determining and assigning tasks to the support team as needed.
• Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism
• Regularly review and analyze insurance carrier claims and utilization data to identify trends, create reports, and present them to clients, addressing questions as needed.
• Requests for information and documentation
