Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in employee benefits, the ability to obtain an insurance license, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years in the employee benefits insurance space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by advising and responding to all correspondence quickly and accurately, including questions on coverage, plan changes, claims, and billing.
• Collaborate with Risk Advisors to determine and meet client goals.
• Work under the supervision of the Account Management team to develop insurance solutions for clients, review policies, prepare renewal comparisons and proposals, and educate clients on policies.
