Mid Penn Insurance & Risk Management, a subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc., is seeking an Account Manager – Employee Benefits in Harrisburg, PA. The role focuses on managing and servicing group employee benefits accounts, building strong client relationships, and coordinating plan administration to meet client needs.

The position requires a Life & Health Insurance License, 2+ years in account management or related insurance roles, and proficiency with Applied Epic or similar CRM systems.

Qualifications

• A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field preferred.
• At least two years account management or related insurance role experience preferred.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Experience using Applied Epic or similar client relationship management system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary contact for assigned employee benefits clients and ensures satisfaction.
• Manages complex accounts and high-level service deliverables.
• Performs needs assessments and analyzes information to determine options.
• Coordinates with carriers for new plans, renewals, and changes.
• Advises clients on cost management and competitive benefit options.
• Manages renewals, quotes, and client presentations.
