Mid Penn Bank is seeking an Account Manager – Employee Benefits in Harrisburg, PA. You will manage and service group benefits accounts, build strong client relationships, coordinate plan administration, and support client retention and growth with the internal sales team. Qualifications include a B.S.

or B.A. in a related field, at least two years in account management, and an active Life & Health Insurance License; experience with Applied Epic is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in account management or related insurance role.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar CRM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage complex accounts and high‑level service deliverables.
• Coordinate plan implementations, renewals, and changes.
• Assist in growing the book of business through cross‑sales.
• Prepare client presentations and policy summaries.
• Educate clients on plan offerings and regulatory changes.
