Job summary

Lockton Companies LLC is seeking an Account Manager to support health & welfare client service, marketing, and carrier/vendor management. You will collaborate with account executives to manage timelines, renewals, and implementation activities across carrier partners.

The role requires experience in employee benefits, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business admin or related field.
Minimum 3 years of health & welfare/employee benefits experience.
Experience in marketing and servicing employee benefit programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Serve designated health & welfare book of business, including marketing, vendor management, and administration.
Manage service/project timelines for clients as directed by account executive.
Support scheduling and preparation of client meetings.
Prepare renewals and line of coverage summaries.
Draft bid responses and ensure contracts are executed timely.
Coordinate carrier/vendor responses during bids.
Review SPD, certificates, policies for accuracy.
Coordinate implementation tasks for new carriers.
Prepare RFPs and annual compliance calendars.
Ensure compliance issues are addressed (disclosures, BAAs).
