Rue Insurance is seeking a Small Group Account Manager to serve as the primary service contact for assigned benefits clients in New Jersey. You will manage renewals, coordinate open enrollment, and process new business while resolving issues promptly and delivering value-added employer resources.
The role requires 1+ year of benefits or insurance and account management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office and agency management software.

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 Annually
Physical Requirements: Must be capable of sitting for a long period of time, working on a computer, standing, and walking.
