Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance targets.
• Deliver outstanding client service and responsive communication.
• Lead the account team and coordinate tasks for Account Coordinators.
• Direct daily activities, set expectations, monitor execution and corrective actions.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and client education.
• Manage renewals, liaise with clients and carriers, obtain rates, and coordinate audits.
• Build and improve client relationships and gather feedback for improvements.
