Job summary

Lockton Companies in New Orleans, LA is seeking a senior Client Services professional to manage and grow strategic client relationships within our local office. You will deliver proactive service, analyze client needs, and coordinate responses to RFPs, ensuring value and retention across accounts.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in client services, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; travel as required and ability to work outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 7+ years of client services experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates brokerage industry knowledge and market awareness.
• Ability to attend meetings and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients with proactive contact.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting, including RFP coordination and reporting.
• Consult with clients on investment options, fees, and goals.
• Review large claims and monthly claims experience with clients.
• Support revenue goals for existing and new business.
• Coordinate market selection for new and renewal business.
• Mentor junior staff and support policy implementation.
