Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.

• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion.
• Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards.
• Participate in firm initiatives and niche industry teams.
