Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Manager (CPA) with 3–8 years of assurance experience serving employee benefit plans. Experience with private businesses, compilations and reviews a plus.. The Audit Senior or Manager will oversee client engagements, supervise team members, and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers opportunities for advancement, as well as FlexLife and hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion
• Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to add value to clients and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm quality standards
• Participate in firm initiatives and niche industry teams

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• 4–8 years of public accounting experience in audit/assurance
• Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
• Experience supervising and developing staff
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Assurance experience with:

• Employee Benefit Plan Audits (EBP)
• Reviews and compilations
