Job summary

SOLVE-IT COMPANIES LLC in Santa Maria, CA is hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Clerk.

You will prepare, pack, and process shipments to fulfillment centers and direct-to-customer orders, and maintain accurate shipping records.

Strong attention to detail, ability to learn shipping software, and punctuality are essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and process shipments to fulfillment centers and direct-to-customer orders.
• Pick and verify products and quantities for outgoing shipments.
• Print and apply shipping labels.
• Ensure orders are packaged accurately and securely.
• Prepare cartons and shipments per fulfillment center requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
• Use computer systems to process and track shipments.
• Meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
• Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Work closely with the team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and verify products and quantities for outgoing shipments
• Print and apply shipping labels

• Prepare cartons and shipments according to fulfillment center requirements
• Maintain accurate shipping records
• Use computer systems to process and track shipments
• Meet daily shipping deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as needed
• Work closely with the team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
