Job summary

Adex USA in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented warehouse associate with some experience or willingness to learn. The role requires English/Spanish bilingual communication and physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

You will process shipping, receiving and picking orders, maintain cleanliness, support merchandising, and provide cross-training as needed. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; benefits include 401(k) matching and health/dental insurance. Resume required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Process shipping, receiving, and picking orders efficiently
• Put away received containers, transfers, air freight, and returned material.
• Facility Maintenance: Always maintain the warehouse clean and tidy. Keep shelves, aisles, and floors in good condition and free of hazards.
• Merchandising & Projects: Assist with merchandising projects and organize inventory as required.
• Position Relief: Provide cross-training and position relief for other areas in the warehouse as needed to support daily operations.
• Follow all established warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) rules. Always operate safely.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment, both individually and as a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely.
• Basic skills, including product inspection, basic math, and reading.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
