Responsibilities

• Support the Client Intake Manager with reporting and departmental needs
• Conduct initial intake calls with prospective new clients with compassion and empathy
• Collect detailed information regarding client matters and legal needs
• Maintain accurate records and data related to intake calls and retention metrics
• Follow firm guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with prospective clients
• Communicate best practices for working with the firm and legal team
• Track ongoing contact with non-retaining prospective clients using spreadsheets
