HighFive Dental Holdco LLC is seeking a Patient Billing Call Center Representative to handle inbound calls about account balances, statements, and insurance explanations of benefits. You will translate complex billing into plain language, stay calm with frustrated patients, and aim to resolve issues on first contact.

The role requires 1–2 years of healthcare billing experience, strong communication, and proficiency with CareStack and billing systems.

Formación

• 1–2 years of healthcare experience in a provider or payer setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient statements, billing terminology, and patient payment cycles.
• Ability to read and interpret EOBs, including allowed amounts, adjustments, and denials.
• 1 year of call center or high-volume phone experience, preferably in billing or customer support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to explain financial information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Answer a high-volume of inbound patient billing calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Explain charges, adjustments, insurance payments, and current balance.
• Interpret EOBs and explain how deductions affect the balance.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate billing errors when needed.
• Set up payment arrangements and discuss financial assistance or payment plans.
• Document all interactions accurately in the billing system.
• Follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and company security standards.
