Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to address balances and resolve account issues.
• Explain payment options and consequences of non-payment.
• Develop feasible payment plans with guests.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Process payments made in person and by mail.
• Prepare daily correspondence related to accounts and inquiries.
• Generate and distribute team/guest reports as required.
• Support the legal department with related issues.
• Provide training to Assistant Account Collections Specialists.
