Qualifications

  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethics in handling case details.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of child support cases in compliance with state laws.
  • Assist in establishing child support orders by gathering documentation and preparing legal documents.
  • Monitor payments and enforce orders, including income withholding when required.
  • Communicate with custodial and non-custodial parents, attorneys, and court personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
